 Le Bon Melange is a little piece of Europe here in the heart of Gungahlin with a fresh take on old favourites, modern patisserie and wholesome food that is familiar to all.

We  provide great Italian style coffee and a handmade product of superior quality not readily available in Gungahlin.

Our take away options include house made pies, quiche, sausage rolls, modern sweet tarts and  danish pastries and a limited supply of artisan breads.

Le Bon melange  offers an extensive beverage choice, European style hot and cold sandwiches, handmade pastries, and individuals tarts  and breads which can be purchased to package and take away.
